  • 8 pieces Skewers (wooden or metal)

Directions

Step 1

If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, minced garlic, black pepper, and salt to create the marinade.
