Ingredients

  • 2 medium potato
  • 200 grams cabbage
  • 100 grams green beans
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 250 grams chicken breast
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 medium shallots
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon white pepper
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 2 tablespoons fried shallots

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken breast into small cubes. Peel and slice the carrots and potatoes into bite-size pieces.

Chop the cabbage into large squares. Trim the ends of the green beans and cut them into 2-inch lengths.

Thinly slice the celery stalks. Mince the garlic cloves and finely chop the shallots.
