Ingredients

  • 500 grams Potatoes
  • 100 grams All-purpose flour
  • 30 grams Butter

  • 200 grams Cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh chives
  • 1 large Egg
  • 50 grams Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1

Peel and dice the potatoes, then boil them in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and mash the potatoes until smooth.

Mix the mashed potatoes with the all-purpose flour, butter, salt, and black pepper to form a soft dough. Allow it to cool slightly.
