  • 4 pounds Pork spareribs
  • 0.5 cups Brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika

  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup.

In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to create a dry rub.

Pat the spareribs dry with paper towels and rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the ribs.

Place the ribs on the prepared baking sheet, meaty side up, and cover tightly with aluminum foil.
