Ingredients

  • 12 oz smoked sausage (e.g., kielbasa)

Directions

Step 1

Slice the smoked sausage into 1/2-inch thick rounds. Set aside.

Peel and dice the potato into small cubes, approximately 1/2-inch pieces.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter.
