  • 1 whole Lemon
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley
  • 1 cup Chicken or turkey broth

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Pat the turkey leg dry with paper towels to ensure a crisp skin.
