Ingredients

  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 0.75 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a food processor, combine the walnuts and almonds. Pulse until they are finely ground into a breadcrumb-like texture, but do not over-process into a paste.

Transfer the ground nuts to a large mixing bowl.
