  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 cup extra grated Parmesan cheese (for topping)
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (for breadcrumbs)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until just al dente. Drain and set aside.
