Ingredients

  • 250 grams cremini mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 medium yellow onion
  • 2 large garlic cloves
  • 120 grams breadcrumbs
  • 50 grams parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and finely chop them.

Step 2

Peel and finely dice the yellow onion.

Step 3

Peel and mince the garlic cloves.

Step 4

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.

Step 5

Add the diced onion to the pan and sauté for about 5 minutes, until translucent.

Step 6

Add the minced garlic and chopped mushrooms to the pan and cook for another 7-8 minutes, or until the mushrooms have released their moisture and become browned.
