Ingredients

  • 12 pieces Large button mushrooms
  • 120 grams Cream cheese
  • 50 grams Shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped fresh parsley
  • 3 tablespoons Bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoons Paprika

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Clean the mushrooms by gently wiping them with a damp cloth. Remove the stems (save them for another recipe, if desired) to create space for the filling.

Step 3

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, bread crumbs, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix until smooth and combined.

Step 4

Brush the outside of the mushroom caps with olive oil and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet with the hollow side up.

Using a spoon or piping bag, fill each mushroom cap generously with the cream cheese mixture.
