Ingredients

  • 16 whole Button mushrooms
  • 4 ounces Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 cup Breadcrumbs

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Clean the button mushrooms with a damp cloth to remove any dirt. Remove the stems from the mushroom caps and finely chop the stems.

Step 3

In a medium-sized skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped mushroom stems and cook for 3-4 minutes until they release their juices and start to soften.

Mince the garlic cloves and add them to the skillet. Cook for another 2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant.
