Ingredients

  • 4 Large flour tortillas
  • 8 slices Thinly sliced deli ham
  • 4 tablespoons Cream cheese
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 4 Lettuce leaves
  • 1 cup Shredded carrots
  • 0.5 cup Sliced cucumbers
  • 4 Cheddar cheese slices
  • 1 pinch Salt and pepper

Directions

Step 1

Lay each flour tortilla on a flat surface.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese and Dijon mustard until well combined.

Step 3

Spread about 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla.

Step 4

Place a lettuce leaf in the center of each tortilla.

Step 5

Layer 2 slices of ham on top of the lettuce.

Step 6

Add 1/4 cup of shredded carrots and 2 tablespoons of sliced cucumbers on top of the ham.

Step 7

Place 1 slice of cheddar cheese over the vegetables.

Step 8

Lightly sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper over the filling (optional).

Step 9

Fold in the sides of the tortilla slightly, then tightly roll it up from the bottom to the top to form a wrap.

Step 10
