Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumb
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.5 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet with olive oil or use parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, and Parmesan cheese.

Step 3

Add the egg and milk to the mixture and mix well with your hands or a spoon until fully combined.

Step 4

Fold in the fresh parsley, minced garlic, chopped onion, salt, black pepper, and dried oregano.

Step 5

Using your hands, shape the mixture into 1.5-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them evenly.

Step 6

Brush the tops of the meatballs lightly with olive oil to help them brown nicely in the oven.

Step 7

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through and golden brown on the outside.

Step 8

Remove from the oven and let them sit for a couple of minutes before serving.

Step 9

Serve the meatballs with your choice of pasta, in a sandwich, or as part of a party platter. Enjoy!
