  • 6 large eggs

  • 1 cup ham, diced
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.

Slice the croissants into large chunks (about 2-inch pieces) and place them into the prepared baking dish in an even layer.
