  • 2 cups Fresh cranberries
  • 1 tsp Orange zest
  • 0.5 cup Orange juice
  • 0.75 cup Granulated sugar
  • 0.25 tsp Cinnamon

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan and set aside.

In a medium bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and melted butter until evenly coated. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared springform pan to form the crust. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool while preparing the filling.
