  • 2 tablespoons Butter

Directions

Step 1

Begin by preparing the chicken. Season both pieces of chicken breast with 1 teaspoon of salt, 0.5 teaspoon of black pepper, and 0.5 teaspoon of garlic powder.

Step 2

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the seasoned chicken breasts. Cook for about 7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center. Remove from the skillet and set aside to rest.
