  • 400 grams smoked sausage

  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Start by preparing your ingredients: cut the cabbage in half, remove the core, and slice it into thin strips. Dice the onion, mince the garlic cloves, slice the carrots into thin rounds, and slice the smoked sausage into 1/4-inch thick pieces.
