  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 medium, diced Onion
  • 2 minced Garlic cloves
  • 1 medium, diced Green bell pepper
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 250 ml Beef stock
  • 2 tbsp, chopped Fresh cilantro

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the diced onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent.

Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the diced green bell pepper and cook for another 3 minutes until softened.

Push the vegetables to the edges of the skillet and add the ground beef to the center.

Cook the beef, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon, for 5-7 minutes until browned.
