Ingredients

  • 500 grams Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)

  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoons Paprika
  • 3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoons Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 4 pieces Hot dog rolls or brioche buns
  • 2 tablespoons Butter (melted, for toasting rolls)

Directions

Step 1

Rinse and pat dry the shrimp with a paper towel. If the shrimp are large, cut them into bite-sized pieces.

Step 2

In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds, until fragrant.
