  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic cloves

Directions

Step 1

Trim any excess fat from the chicken breasts and pat them dry with paper towels.

Step 2

Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the butter and allow it to melt and start to foam.

Carefully add the chicken breasts to the skillet, making sure not to overcrowd the pan.
