Directions

Step 1

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the Italian sausages and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully browned and cooked through. Remove the sausages from the skillet and set them aside.

In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add the sliced bell peppers and onions. Cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are softened and slightly caramelized.
