  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
  • 4 pieces Crusty rolls (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Start by prepping the vegetables. Slice the bell peppers into thin strips and thinly slice the onion.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sausage links and brown them on all sides, about 6-8 minutes. Remove the sausages from the skillet and set them aside.
