  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Dice the yellow onions, mince the garlic cloves, and chop the red and green bell peppers into small pieces.
