  • 1 pound breakfast sausage
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1.5 cups whole milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 2 cups spinach leaves
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter, for greasing

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter and set aside.

Step 2

In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil. Sauté the diced bell pepper and onion for 5-6 minutes until softened.

Step 3
