Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground breakfast sausage
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can Biscuits (refrigerated, canned)
  • 2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
  • 0 Non-stick cooking spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a mini muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.

Step 2

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground breakfast sausage, breaking it up into small crumbles. Cook until fully browned and no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes.

Step 3

Drain any excess grease from the sausage and transfer it to a mixing bowl.

Step 4

Add the cream cheese to the warm sausage and stir until the cheese is fully melted and combined.

Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour until well incorporated. Let the mixture cool slightly.

Open the can of biscuits and separate them into individual pieces. Cut each biscuit into quarters (you should have 4 smaller pieces per biscuit).
