  • 4 links smoked sausages
  • 16 ounces sauerkraut
  • 1 pound baby potatoes

  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 0.5 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Slice the smoked sausages into 2-inch pieces and set them aside.

Wash the baby potatoes and slice them in half. If using larger potatoes, cut them into 1-inch chunks.

Peel and thinly slice the yellow onion. Mince the garlic cloves.
