  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
  • 8 Gingersnap cookies, crushed
  • 1 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

In a large non-reactive bowl, combine vinegar, red wine, water, onion, carrots, celery, ginger, garlic, peppercorns, bay leaves, cloves, and molasses to create the marinade.
