Ingredients

  • 500 g Ground chicken
  • 1 medium Onion, finely grated

  • 2 tbsp Parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Ground cumin
  • 1 tsp Ground coriander
  • 1 tsp Ground paprika
  • 0.5 tsp Ground turmeric
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 large Egg
  • 3 tbsp Gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil (for cooking, optional)

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, grated onion, minced garlic, chopped cilantro, and parsley.

Step 2

Add the spices: ground cumin, ground coriander, ground paprika, ground turmeric, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well blended.

Step 3

Crack in the egg and add the gluten-free breadcrumbs. Mix thoroughly to combine all the ingredients into a cohesive mixture.
