  • 0.25 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 4 pieces Ciabatta rolls
  • 4 pieces Pepper jack cheese slices
  • 4 pieces Romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1 medium Tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 medium Avocado, sliced

Directions

Step 1

Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness (about 1/2 inch) using a meat mallet to ensure even cooking.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Rub the mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
