  • 8 sheets Lasagna noodles (broken into 2-inch pieces)
  • 1 cup Ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • 2 cups Water

Directions

Step 1

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.
