  • 0.5 cups water or broth
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, bread crumbs, milk, egg, minced garlic (2 cloves), parmesan cheese, parsley, 1 teaspoon salt, and 0.25 teaspoon black pepper. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat mixture.

Step 2

Shape the mixture into approximately 1.5-inch meatballs and set them on a parchment-lined baking sheet or tray.
