  • 0.5 cups heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 12 ounces egg noodles
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, mix the flour, salt, and black pepper. Lightly coat the beef tips in the seasoned flour mixture.

Step 2

Heat the olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef tips in batches, searing each side until browned (about 2-3 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.
