Ingredients

  • 500 grams Button mushrooms
  • 4 tablespoons Peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 0.5 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro
  • 12 pieces Skewers

Directions

Step 1

Clean the button mushrooms with a damp paper towel to remove any dirt. If they are large, cut them into halves or quarters.

Mince the garlic cloves finely.

Step 3

In a large bowl, combine the peanut butter, soy sauce, coconut milk, brown sugar, lime juice, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, and chili powder. Mix well until a smooth marinade is formed.
