  • 8 slices Thick-cut bacon
  • 6 slices Multigrain sandwich bread

  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 0.25 teaspoon Fresh ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Butter

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the bacon slices in a single layer. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy. Remove the bacon from the oven and transfer it to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess grease.

While the bacon is cooking, slice the tomatoes into thin rounds and set them aside. Wash and pat dry the lettuce leaves.
