  • 12 ounces Beer (lager or ale)
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 sprigs Fresh thyme
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped Fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the bratwursts and brown them for 2-3 minutes per side, then remove and set aside.
