  • 2 stalks Green onions (thinly sliced)
  • 4 slices White sandwich bread
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 cups Vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame seeds
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Start by roughly chopping the shrimp and placing them into a food processor.

Step 2

Add the egg white, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, ginger, salt, and black pepper to the food processor.

Pulse the shrimp mixture until it becomes a smooth paste.

Step 4

Transfer the shrimp paste to a bowl and fold in the sliced green onions for a fresh crunch.

Remove the crusts from the sandwich bread slices and cut each slice into 4 triangles (you will have 16 pieces in total).
