Ingredients

  • 2 medium (finely diced) Shallots
  • 3 tablespoons (chopped) Fresh dill
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika

Directions

Step 1

Pat the tilapia fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1 teaspoon of garlic powder. Set aside.

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the tilapia fillets to the skillet and cook for 3–4 minutes on each side, or until the fish is golden brown and flakes easily with a fork.
