Directions

Step 1

Start by preparing the tuna patties. Finely chop the fresh tuna steak until it has a minced consistency (or pulse in a food processor for a few seconds).

In a large bowl, combine the minced tuna, panko breadcrumbs, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, green onions, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the mixture.
