Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, rosemary, and thyme.

Pat the ribeye steaks dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and black pepper.

Place the steaks in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish, and pour the marinade over them. Make sure the steaks are fully coated with the marinade. Seal the bag or cover the dish tightly, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or up to 24 hours for deeper flavor).
