  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Fresh ginger (grated)

  • 2 tbsp Fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 4 Lime wedges

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, mix together the apricot preserves and curry powder until smooth. Set this glaze aside.
