  • 2 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 head Romaine lettuce

  • 1 cup Mandarin orange segments, drained
  • 0.5 cup Slivered almonds
  • 1 cup Wonton strips or crispy rice noodles
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame oil
  • 1.5 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add the vegetable oil.

Season the chicken breasts with a pinch of salt and pepper on both sides.
