Ingredients

  • 12 oz Sirloin steak
  • 8 oz Penne pasta
  • 4 cups Arugula
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Fresh ginger
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 Green onions
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and grated ginger to make the marinade and dressing.

Step 2

Place the sirloin steak in a resealable plastic bag, pour half of the marinade over it, seal tightly, and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes or up to 2 hours. Reserve the other half of the marinade to use as a dressing.

Step 3

Cook the penne pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain, rinse with cold water, and set aside.
