Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently with your hands until just combined. Be careful not to overmix as this can make the burgers less tender.
