  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 pieces lemon wedges (for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Rinse the prawns under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat until the butter is melted and sizzling.
