  • 4 cups Chicken or vegetable stock
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper, freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil and butter in a large pot over medium heat until the butter is melted and bubbling.
