  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon (optional, for garnishing)
  • 20 grams sliced almonds (optional, for topping)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter and powdered sugar together until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.

Add the vanilla extract and egg yolks to the butter mixture and beat until fully incorporated.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond flour, all-purpose flour, and cornstarch to combine.
