Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp chili garlic sauce (adjust to spice preference)
  • 0.25 cup water
  • 2 stalks green onions, finely sliced
  • 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped (optional)
  • 2 tbsp crushed peanuts for garnish

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.

While the pasta cooks, prepare the chicken. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
