  • 0.5 cup Breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
  • 1 large Egg
  • 4 pieces Burger buns
  • 4 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 4 slices Sliced cheese (optional)
  • 0.25 cup Additional salsa for topping

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, 1/2 cup of salsa, garlic powder, ground cumin, chili powder, salt, black pepper, breadcrumbs, and the egg.

Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well incorporated, but do not overmix as it can make the patties tough.
