  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1.5 cups salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 4 pieces lime wedges

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.

Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, ground cumin, and chili powder.
