  • 4 pieces Salmon fillets (skinless)
  • 2 sheets Puff pastry sheets

  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, and sauté the garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the fresh spinach to the pan and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Stir in the cooked white rice, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper, then remove from heat.
